Welcome to Flux 3, an independent AI image generation service. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please do not use our service.

Use of the Service

Flux 3 provides tools for creating images with available AI models. Flux 3 is independently operated and is not owned, endorsed, or operated by Black Forest Labs. You agree to use the service in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.

User Accounts and Registration

Account Creation: To access certain features of the service, you need to create an account. You must provide accurate and complete information during the registration process.
Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
User Responsibilities: You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

Content and Intellectual Property Rights

The Flux 3 site software, design, and original documentation may be protected by intellectual property laws. Third-party models, names, trademarks, and technology remain the property of their respective owners.

You agree to respect our rights and the rights of model providers and other third parties.
Rights in generated outputs may depend on applicable law and the terms of the model or service provider used for a generation. You are responsible for confirming that your intended use is permitted.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities while using Flux 3:

Unauthorized access to or reverse engineering of our AI models and technology
Using the service to generate illegal, harmful, or inappropriate content, including but not limited to:
- NSFW, pornographic, sexually explicit, or other adult content
- Non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII), including "undressing", "nudifying", or sexualizing real people from uploaded photos
- Deepfakes, face-swaps, or synthetic media impersonating real individuals (including public figures) without their consent
- Any sexual content involving minors or anyone depicted as a minor (strictly prohibited and reported as required by law)
Interfering with or disrupting the security or performance of the service
Using the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
Attempting to bypass any security features or usage limitations of the service

Privacy and Data Collection

Flux 3 processes the following types of data:

Account Information: Information you provide when creating an account
Usage Details: Data related to your activity on our service
Device Information: Information about the device you use to access our service
Cookies: Data that helps us enhance your experience with our service
Payment and Billing Information: Limited transaction and billing data received from payment providers; full payment card numbers are handled by those providers
